Project overview
Talqaa
Stage 01
Problem
In Gaza, work, training, volunteering, and team projects are scattered across pages, groups, and unofficial channels. Listings expire or lack a clear source, and there is no fair professional profile for both graduates and skilled trades—so institutions drown in unfiltered applications.
Stage 02
Research
Discovery began with interviews: students, graduates, and people with practical skills on one side; institution staff who publish and sort applications on the other. We audited public opportunity sources, tested labels and navigation early, and reviewed wireframes and prototypes with users before locking the experience. The work produced a defined problem, segments, personas, information architecture, and acceptance-ready user stories.
Stage 03
Process
The product is Arabic and RTL-first, designed for weak networks with saved drafts and a safe retry when a request fails. Match is explained as reasons—what is met and what is missing—not a promise of acceptance. Institutions verify before they can publish. A limited assistant can draft text and align a CV, but it cannot invent experience or take sensitive actions on the user’s behalf.
Stage 04
Solution
Visitors browse, search, and filter without an account. Seekers build a flexible professional file, apply inside the product or through the official link, and follow status with notifications. Verified organizations publish, filter, and invite. Teams form around open roles; group projects wait for member confirmation before a joint application. Trusted sources can be ingested with checks for duplicates, expiry, and missing facts.
Stage 05
Impact
Talqaa is designed as one local journey from discovery to follow-up—so people and institutions spend less time chasing scattered channels. No launch outcomes are claimed.
